A Shiras Moose, the smallest of moose subspecies, wanders along the edge of the water in Yellowstone National Park while two Mallard Ducks sit peacefully on the rock, each one showing off their reflections across the surface of the rippling water. The ducks have no reason to fear this moose as he wanders by as moose feed on leaves and shrubs.
There is an abundance of beautiful species of wildlife which resides in Yellowstone National Park and this is one of the main reasons tourists continue to visit the park. Moose are commonly seen around the areas which contain water such as Yellowstone Lake, the rivers or falls, creeks and marshy regions.
