White Pass Train Skagway Alaska

The train belonging to the White Pass Railway makes its way to Skagway, Alaska as it passes the landscape of a town and the mountain wilderness.

The White Pass Railway takes passengers on a scenic adventure with views of mountains, glaciers, gorges, waterfalls, tunnels and different historic areas. The train climbs 3,000 feet up steep grades where you can see miles down the cliffs as you go over bridges and trestles.

The White Pass Train offers a variety of day trips some which leave from Skagway, Alaska with others which depart from Fraser, BC or the Yukon. The train has cars which are old-fashioned parlor cars where tourists can retrack the route to the White Pass Summit.
