Pioneer Park is a historic theme park located in Fairbanks, Alaska which covers 44 acres and as visitors stroll the park, the beauty of a traditional Alaskan log cabin appears. Above the cabin, the leaves on the trees have changed into their autumn hues and scatter themselves on and around the log cabin as they drop.
The flower gardens still show off their beautiful display of color even though autumn shows its signs elsewhere. Throughout Pioneer Park, there are 29 traditional cabins which were moved here for tourists to explore and learn of their historic years.
Pioneer Park hosts a variety of festivities during the summer months making it fun for the entire family but autumn is an excellent time to visit as a majority of the crowds have gone back to a regular routine.
