Fishing is a favorite past time for both adults as well as children, like this small boy who stands proud with all the salmon he caught river fishing in Alaska. With his fishing rod anchored by his arm, the salmon hang from a piece of wood as the small boy grins from ear to ear.
Many of the local residents in Alaska, USA are very good fishermen who teach their small children from a young age to fish in the river or lakes. By the time this boy is old enough, he will be ready to work on one of the commercial fishing boats which depart daily from the docks along the Alaska waterfront.
This picture is one in which this boy will be proud of for many years to come.
