There are three canyons which Six Mile Creek on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska rages through and this kayaker is amongst the steep walls of the second canyon. Here the water rages and kayaking can be very tricky if your skills are not practiced regularly as one wrong move could be fatal.
In the second canyon of Six Mile Creek there are two canyons which you must run which is not nearly as difficult as the third canyon as there is six sets of rapids to get through. For those who are not physically fit, kayaking Six Mile Creek is not recommended and visitors should try the float trip where there is no sign of whitewater.
