From the town of Seward, Alaska, the remaining rays from the sun glisten off the snow covered peaks as the moon begins to rise over Resurrection Peninsula and the Chugach National Forest. It is early winter and the snow clings to the slopes of the mountains and the rock formations still show some of their coloring, which will soon change after a few good winter snowfalls.
