As the sun highlights the landscape near the Columbia Glacier in Prince William Sound in Alaska, USA, a tourist walks amongst some icebergs which have beached themselves. The icebergs slowly melt away in the warmer weather with the sun sparkling through showing off the different hues within the icebergs, some being snow white and others tinged with blue coloring.
The shoreline of Prince William Sound spans for 3,000 miles and as the Columbia Glacier calves, these icebergs float aimlessly around the waters slowly disintegrating. The Columbia Glacier has been retreating since the 1980's and is considered one of the fastest moving glaciers in the world.
