A Bull Moose in the wilderness of Denali National Park in Alaska, USA stands proud with his fully grown set of antlers atop his head. These antlers are grown in the summer and used amongst the other bull moose during rutting season.
During the later part of Autumn, the antlers will be shed, and another set will begin to grow the following summer. A Bull moose with a full spread of antlers which can extend for more the 180 centimeters between the tips, are one of the most impressive looking animals throughout Denali National Park. Many hunters love this time of year when they can capture themselves a large bull moose with a full set of antlers which are then put on display.
