An old rustic cabin run by the National Forest Service sits along the waterfront of Double Bay in Cordova, Alaska.

Amongst the thick forest trees of the Chugach National Forest in Double Bay in Cordova, Alaska, a small 12 x 14 foot rustic cabin adorns the shores of Prince William Sound. Maintained and serviced by the National Forest Service, this cabin will comfortably sleep 6 but is only accessible by boat or plane.

In the cabin there is a wood stove, oil stove, saw, rainwater barrel and a short distance away, an outhouse. Guests must have their own bedding, cooking utensils, food and if needed, a supply of water. For visitors who love the outdoor wilderness, Double Bay is the ideal holiday spot.
