Watching the Steller Sea Lions perform in their aquarium habitat at the Alaska Sealife Center in Seward, Alaska amuses many visitors. At the aquarium, there are three permanent residents, one male and two females who love to entertain people.

For over ten years, the Steller Sea Lions has been one of the largest research areas at the center where scientists have studied this animals. The Alaska Sealife Center is the only facility which have Steller Sea Lions in captivity for research to understand their existence and why they are still on the endangered list.
